Clarion template not available on Android phone

I thought I had this issue fixed. However, is back. Site will not display on Android phone. See attached photos.

Fit issues on mobile interface

Clarion looks great on the "big screen" However, when accessing from an Android phone has some fit issues. Please see the pictures I have attached. In one photo logo at top does not fit. Other photo shows only half of a table. Any suggestions?

Resolved

Clarion template corrupted when accessed with Android?

Just installed Clarion and works fine until I access the site with my mobile (Android). The the site does this (see attached picture). Any suggestions?
