Hi Teacherdavids,
I need some clarification on how you've structured your site. I logged into the backend using the access details you sent me earlier and have tried to see what may be causing this. The template seems to show up when viewing the site at www.website.com/joomla254 but fails to load when accessed from the root domain at www.website.com
Can you let me know where joomla is installed and if it is indeed installed under joomla254 directory, how are you performing the redirection on the homepage? -
I have now copied the Clarion template into the templates directory in the root of my site as well as leaving it in www.website.com/joomla254. I have been playing with the website on both computer and phone and so far seems to be functioning well. However, cannot get rid of the "Clarion" logo on the pages. I have resized my own logo (logo.png) to the 200x70 to match the size of the "Clarion" logo so that it will show properly. I have copied it into both the ../images and ../joomla254 files as well as the ../templates/images and ../joomla254/templates/images directories but does not show up on the website. Have looked at the css file and it seems to only point to a file named "logo.png"... so a bit frustrating.

Ok, well not functioning well. Clarion now does not call up the Login module on the home page. I have to navigate to another page before it is called up. When the Login menu is displayed, it is not formatted correctly. Also, cannot change back to my favicon.
All right, have spent too much time on this and have had enough. Will not be using this and remove it from default status and uninstall. -
Im sorry to hear this. If you are interested in getting this up and running, please provide a little more info on your site:

From what you've said above, you seem to be running 2 instances of Joomla, one on website.com and the other under website.com/joomla254? Is that correct?
Also, have you been clearing the template cache (and joomla cache if enabled) after changes?
I really cannot help if I do not have access to your site or know how your site is structured. For "normal" joomla installs - this is never an issue so we've never had this problem before. If you still want to get this up and running, please email me a super user joomla account and ftp access - that would give me all the info in need.
