What is Template?
The Template controls the overall look and feel of your site. It provides the framework that brings together common elements, modules and components as well as providing the cascading style sheet for your site. Templates are managed with the Template Manager, which is located on the site menu on the Back-end of your site.
How do I make my site look like the demo site?
The easiest way to make your site look similar to the demo site, would be to use the quickstart package. Quickstart packages are included with all commercial templates and are not included with the free templates.
If you do not want to use a quickstart package, you can consult the documentation for the template to set up the template structure (modules, sidebars, logo etc).
What is a QuickStart package?
Quickstart packages are an easy way to set up your joomla site together with the template that you've purchased. A quickstart package is similar to the regular joomla package that you can download from the offical Joomla website, but the quickstart package also includes the template already set up, and may also have modules, plugins, components and sample content configured as per the demo website.
I purchased a template and need to download it (again)
Simply click on the download link in your confirmation email and you should be able to download the latest version of the template. If you're having trouble accessing the download or cannot locate your confirmation email, you may contact us and we will gladly assist you.

How do I get support for my template?
We offer access to support via our online forum. It is suggested that you search the forum and consult the documentation for your template, as well as the official joomla documentation before posting on the forum. Do you give refunds?
Since we offer non-tangible electronic goods we reserve the right to issue refunds for any template purchase. After you have purchased a template and the download has been completed, we may refuse to refund payment. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the template description and documentation and the template will work with your version of Joomla. Do feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before purchasing if anything seems unclear.Can I purchase a template without using PayPal?
We currently only process transactions via Paypal. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards.
